The compression state is reasonable, the size is small and the weight is light. It has an independent electrical control system and a hydraulic system. The equipment operation is stable and the reliability is high. The electrical control system uses a PLC control and pre-leaves interface for cooler to ensure that the equipment normal operation under the permitted temperature. Within process range, it can realize two work ways of fixed travel and fixed pressure with touching screen operation and can realize two kinds of operation procedures in manual or semi-auto and has a temperature alarm device and is equipped with quick changing mould device to make mould replacement easier, fast and safe. In order to ensure safe operation, it is equipped with photoelectric protection device, so it is ideal pressing equipment for sheet products and plate of heat exchanger. The machine can be connected to YS26-450 plate punching hydraulic press to form a plate production line of heat exchanger, which can significantly improve the efficiency of plate production. |
